Hybrid Strength & Conditioning

A group fitness class designed to help clients become stronger, better conditioned, healthier, and more knowledgeable about strength training & weightlifting. Programming combines olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean & jerk), strongman movements (weighted carrying and anaerobic conditioning), multi-joint barbell movements (squats, presses, deadlifts), bodyweight/gymnastic progressions, accessory strength work (dumbbell and machine work), and endurance (aerobic conditioning using ergs or bodyweight).

Personal Training / Programming

Strength Ratio began as a personal programming service. We have had the opportunity to work with national level weightlifters and regionals and games level Crossfit athletes as well as individuals seeking rehabilitation/pre-habilitation along with improved performance.

High School & Collegiate Sport Performance

Strength & Conditioning for Youth Athletics begins with the foundations. Starting with technique to build the base for strength, power, speed, and endurance is integral to health and long-term performance.

Open Gym

General memberships are for individuals with strength and conditioning experience who are seeking to join a gym that is run by knowledgeable coaches, that features weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman equipment, and that houses a community of driven, friendly individuals.
