What's involved?

Strength & Conditioning for Youth Athletics begins with the foundations. Starting with technique to build the base for strength, power, speed, and endurance is integral to health and long-term performance.

At Strength Ratio, we also focus on developing positive communication between coach and athlete. Becoming a more coachable, motivated, and process-oriented athlete is key to future success in both sport and life.

Coach Kyle Clechenko, CSCS, has experience training athletes in a multitude of sports, levels, and ages. He began coaching athletes at the University of Iowa as a Personal Trainer and now enjoys working with high school and collegiate aged athletes on-site in Asheville, NC.
