Joining Strength Ratio was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made for my overall personal wellbeing.

Day 1 of training, I realized not only could I trust all of the coaches to lead me down a healthy path that is best for me, but I also realized I would finally be able to overcome my fear of deadlifting and lower back pain. I was also able to recognize and appreciate my raw talent in strength as a powerlifter and not letting something so silly as a singlet hold me back from growing into a real life competing athlete!

This is a place where I can socialize with the incredible folks who train and coach there, be inspired and motivated daily but still keep me humbled and balanced This is a small piece of what it is like as a member at Strength Ratio.
