Running Coaching and Programming
Our coaching approach tailors training plans to meet the individual needs of each runner, regardless of their experience level or goals.

We offer three tailored ways to help you achieve your health and performance running goals. First, you can work with us through monthly coaching, delivered via TrueCoach or TrainingPeaks, remotely or in person if located in Asheville, NC. For a more hands-on approach, we also provide one-on-one personal training or consultation sessions. Whether you're local or remote, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.
Monthly Coaching:

Tier 1 ($125/Month)
Fully individualized programming
Communication via TrueCoach or Training Peaks 2x per week

Tier 2 ($200/Month)
Fully individualized programming
Communication through TrueCoach or TrainingPeaks with a 24-48 hr turnaround
Text messaging 9am - 5pm EST weekdays
30-minute monthly video calls

Tier 3 ($340/Month)
Fully individualized programming
Communication through TrueCoach or TrainingPeaks with a 24- to 48-hour turnaround
Text messaging 9am - 5pm EST weekdays
30-minute, bi-weekly video calls
*Includes one per week in-person workout or rabbited workout if located in Asheville, NC.
Personal Training & Consultations:

Standard ($65/hr)
Personal training sessions can include anything from strength training to trail runs in Bent Creek and practicing workouts on the track. Consultations can include an analysis of past training, training advice, or any topic you’d like to discuss.

Rabbiting ($85/Session)
This includes all standard personal training elements and adds rabbiting. Rabbiting in running involves a "rabbit" pacing a group or athlete during a race or training. The rabbit's primary goal is to help maintain a speed or pace that is usually faster than typical for an individual.

Discounted Rates
When a monthly coaching plan is purchased, personal training rates are discounted by 20%.

Jason Cerilli
Jason is passionate about helping runners find enjoyment and sustainability in their training. With over 25 years of experience, from junior Olympic ranks to college, he also serves as an assistant coach for UNC Asheville’s Cross Country and Track programs. Whether you’re looking to set a new PR or learn to run injury-free, Jason is here to guide you every step of the way and find the joy of running.
