How It Works
Get a glimpse at what one of our weekday Weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning classes looks like as Kyle (co-founder and coach!) walks you through how Strength Ratio structures its classes.
This 30-minute class, focused on training and refining the snatch and clean and jerk, is held just before our Strength and Conditioning classes.
It’s designed to prepare athletes to compete in the sport of Weightlifting, and it pairs seamlessly with our Strength & Conditioning programming for those interested in a well-rounded 90-minute training session.
Benefits include:

✓ A 60-minute Saturday class that focuses on training and refining the snatch and clean & jerk
Olympic Weightlifting
Strength & Conditioning
This 60-minute class blends strength training, bodybuilding, calisthenics, and conditioning—designed to challenge you at your level and keep you coming back. With professional coaching and a supportive environment, you’ll train with structure, push at your own pace, and leave feeling strong and accomplished. Join us and experience what good training can do.

Option 2
Weightlifting & Strength & Conditioning Membership
This membership option gives you access to our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) classes AND Olympic Weightlifting (WL) classes.
▻ 8 Classes: $155
▻ 12 Classes: $175
▻ 20 Classes: $200
All memberships are billed every four weeks, and any unused classes expire at the end of each billing cycle.
