I started with Strength Ratio’s remote coaching program two years ago. Before that, I was doing a generic group program that was way ahead of my level, with high intensity work everyday. Not only was I not getting stronger, I was burning out and not enjoying my training at all.
Since I’ve started, I have made huge progress in my strength through logical, sustainable training. My coach, Zach, is always at hand whenever I have any issues. But not only that, training is always fun and I can’t wait to do the work each week. I couldn’t be happier with the coaching, and I”m proud to be a part of the Strength Ratio athlete team!
