I was fortunate enough to have Strength Ratio, especially the guidance and mentoring of Zach, along the way. He still plays a big role in my ongoing development as a coach and I wouldn’t be where I am now without his help.

When I made the transition from a desk job to coaching, the hardest part was going from sitting all day to being on my feet all day - that was rough. I worked part-time as a carpenter for over a year until I was able to make the switch full-time to coaching. I worked really hard though and was fortunate enough to have Strength Ratio, especially the guidance and mentoring of Zach along the way. He still plays a big role in my ongoing development as a coach and I wouldn’t be where I am now without his help.

I love the meaningful relationships that I get to develop with my athletes and clients. I am invested in their growth and it makes me so excited to see their progress. I was meant to work in a field where I could serve others. I get to make a living helping others and coaching weightlifting - how freaking cool is that?! I am so grateful that this is my job.
